The license was applied for in May of 2007 and was approved on September 4, 2008 after going through the various channels of U.S. law. “Our expanding into the U.S. officially was a natural progression in our continued growth pattern”, said André Goguen, President, “our customers have dictated the choices we’ve made to ensure consistent provision of our high level of service across borders”.

The license provides Action the ability to supply companies with the benefits of dealing with one source for northbound and southbound shipments with respect to the Canadian/U.S. border, allows for assistance in consulting from the perspective of both the Canadian regulations and the U.S. regulations and allows for further service expansion in the freight forwarding and warehousing areas of service.
