Tropitransport C.R. S.A. is the newest member of (USI) United Shipping, Inc. USI, the premier Worldwide Association of Independently owned Freight Forwarders and Customs Brokers with over 100 member companies and 200 offices announced today the appointment of Tropitransport C.R. S.A. as its exclusive partner in Costa Rica. Tropitransport is headquartered in the city of Heredia with an additional office Nicaragua.
Tropitransport was established in 2000 and is a 100% owned by Gabriel Castillo. Today, Tropitransport has a staff of 15 people in Costa Rica and 3 in Nicaragua. The main services include ocean and air consolidations from Germany, Spain, Italy, Brazil, Colombia, USA and Mexico. “We distribute to all the capitals of Central America with weekly trucking consolidation from San Jose. Other services of the company are airfreight, local distribution and storage and sea freight,” said Gabriel.
